The student has enrolled in this course solely for educational purposes and understands that all course materials are the exclusive property of ThinkTank Learning under US Copyright Law. It is understood that the course materials may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without the prior written consent of ThinkTank Learning.

The course size is limited and enrollment is taken on a first-come, first serve basis. ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to change course schedules, locations and if need be, cancel a course with proper notification. ThinkTank Learning also retains the right to dismiss any student with behavioral problems who may disturb classroom teaching or the office administration.

Mock Debates: ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to change the mock debate dates. Students who miss mock debates will NOT be able to make up, get refunded or obtain mock debate credits.
Transfers: Prior to one week before the start of the student's enrolled course, a student may transfer to another available course with no charge. If a student wishes to transfer after this time, a $100 transfer fee will be applied. If the student wishes to transfer to another class of the following semester, a $150 deferment fee will be applied.

Drops/Refunds: Every student is entitled to a grace period of one week from either the date this agreement is signed or from the first day of the course; whichever is later. Students who drop courses within this one-week grace period may receive a partial refund of amount that is equal to the tuition paid minus a $200 non-refundable deposit per course and minus the number of class hours elapsed during the grace period. NO REFUND will be given to students who drop this course after the one-week grace period.

No credit or makeup-classes allowed: Students who miss classes will not be able to make up the classes or obtain class credits. However, students who miss classes are encouraged to call to reserve a class recording and come in to borrow the video for up to one week. Students must return the tape before borrowing another one in order to avoid a $10 charge for each unreturned tape.

Expelling Students: ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to expel any student who causes disruptions in classroom teaching or office administration. NO REFUND of any kind will be given when students are expelled.

Cancelling Classes: ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to close a class if the enrollment in the course is less than 15. A FULL REFUND will be given to students whose classes are cancelled by ThinkTank Learning.

Replacing Teacher: While ThinkTank Learning makes every effort in maintaining the quality of its service, sometimes it is possible that we may have to replace teachers due to unforeseeable reasons. ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to replace teachers of our classes for whatever reasons.
