Homework Help Enrollment Form

The student has enrolled in this program solely for educational purposes and understands that all study materials are under the US Copyright Law, which means materials may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without prior written consent of the copyright owner.

The class size is limited and enrollment is taken on a first-come, first serve basis. ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to change the homework-help schedules, locations and, if need be, cancel a course with proper notification and prorated refund.

Change of Membership Type: If a student wishes to change from one type of membership to another of equal value, a $50 transfer fee will be applied. If a student wishes to upgrade the membership (e.g. change from One Day Membership to Two Days Membership), the price difference will be prorated based on the amount of remaining days until the expiration date of the original membership.

Membership Termination/Refunds: If a student wishes to terminate the membership prior to the expiration date, he/she will receive a partial refund equal to the membership fee paid minus a $100 termination fee and minus the number of days elapsed from the current membership renewal.

No Credit or Makeup-Sessions Allowed: Students are welcomed but not required to attend every Homework Help session. Since they are free to come and go as they wish during the time specified by their membership, there will be no make-up sessions or make-up credits given.

Expelling Students: ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to expel any student who causes disruptions in classroom teaching or office administration. No refund of any kind will be given when students are expelled.

Replacing Homework Helper: ThinkTank Learning reserves the right to replace any Homework Helper for any unforeseeable reason.

Membership Deposit/Renewal: The parent is required to provide a valid credit card number or a security check equal to one month membership renewal fee. The check deposit will be cashed upon submission and will be issued for return within 30 days upon membership termination.

The parent agrees and authorizes ThinkTank Learning to charge the credit card for one month membership renewal fee if the student continues to attend the Homework Help Program after the membership expires. The card will be continuously charged on monthly basis for as long as the student is attending the program.

Non-Solicitation of Homework Helpers: Neither parent nor student is allowed to solicit, divert, or take away any tutor or homework helper to work for his/her own or any other personal or business concern. The parent agrees to honor this provision of the agreement during the period of the membership and for a period of two years immediately after termination of the membership.
